Information
stems very slender, but rather stouter than in C. africana; flowers in dense cymes, the pedicels at most as long as the flowers; calyx 1 lin. long; lobes ovate-deltoid, shortly joined at the base; corolla whitish, 3 lin. long; lobes spreading, lanceolate, less than half as long as the tube; stamens less than half as long as the corolla-lobes; filament shorter than the oblong anther; scales ligulate, deeply fimbriate, as long as the corolla-tube; styles free to the base, more than twice as long as the clavate stigmas; capsule globose, 1 1/2 lin. in diam., membranous, bursting irregularly. null
