Information
Plant up to 25 cm tall, usually much branched; stems pilose. Leaves many, lanceolate to ovate, 2–9 x 1–5.5 mm, cordate to cuneate at the base, acute at the apex, appressed pubescent. Calyx 3–4 mm long, silky pubescent. Corolla 5–6 mm long, whitish-pink. Capsule ovoid, 3–4 mm long. Seed ovoid, 3 mm long, dark brown.
Range
N1, 3; C1, 2; S1, 3 Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Socotra, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar, northern Africa, southern Europe, and eastwards to Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka.
