Information
stem terete, villous and glandularly muricated; leaves linear, acute, flat, sub-falcate, on both sides pilose and glandularly muricated; invol. scales glandularly muricated, bearded and pilose. Leaves 4–6 inches long, 3–4 lines wide; cauline long or short, but always linear. Corymb dense. Exterior scales of the invol. nearly half as long as the inner ones.
