Information
Annual or perennial herb, usually silky hairy; stems ± prostrate with ascending flowering shoots. Leaf-blades elliptic to linear-oblong, 8–26 x 2–10 mm, acute or rounded at both ends, silky pubescent; petiole up to 3 mm long. Cymes 1–5-flowered on 6–40 mm long peduncle; bracts narrow, up to 5 mm long, acute; pedicels 2–10 mm long. Sepals up to 5 x 1 mm, acute. Corolla blue or sometimes white, funnel-shaped, c. 6 mm long. Capsule globose, 4-valved, 3–4 mm long. Seeds ovoid, c. 1.7 mm long, pale brown to black.
