Information
Shrub or small tree, up to c. 3 m tall, unarmed; branchlets strongly longitudinally furrowed, glabrous to pubescent. Leaves pinnately 3–5-foliolate, glabrous to shortly pubescent; petiole 15–35 mm long; leaflets broadly obovate, cuneate at the base, obtuse to emarginate and sometimes shortly apiculate at the apex, with entire margins, the middle 2–5 x 1.5–3.5 cm, the laterals 1–2.5 x 1–2 cm. Male flowers unknown. Female flowers in short, few-flowered inflorescences. Calyx c. 3 mm long, subglabrous to shortly pubescent. Fruits ellipsoid, 15–18 x 10–12 mm, glabrous or shortly pubescent, on a c. 10 mm long stalk; pericarp 2-valved, fleshy; pseudaril a basal cup, c. 3 mm high, with broadly triangular lobes; stone ellipsoid, flattened, c. 12 x 6–7 mm.
