For the varieties and forms reference should be made to the special literature.[G. abeokutae, Cramer was described from living material cultivated at Buitenzorg, Indonesia, specimens of which are preserved in the Kew herbarium. This material was presumably obtained originally from one of the several forms which were known in W. Nigeria as "Abeokuta" coffee early in this century.]
