Names

Information
Liane with sparingly to shortly pubescent branchlets. Leaves with densely hairy-pubescent petioles 1.8–5 cm. long and inserted 0.4–1 cm. from the base of the blade; blade broadly ovate to somewhat rounded, subcordate to emarginate at base, obtuse to subacute and mucronulate at apex, 2.5–10 cm. long, 2.5–9 cm. wide, densely woolly-tomentellous or tomentellous beneath, sparingly pubescent to glabrescent above, clearly discolorous, papery to subcoriaceous; basal nerves 5–10, palmate. Male inflorescences 8–30 cm. long; bracts suborbicular, apiculate, densely pubescent-tomentose; pedicels 0.5–1.5 cm. long. Male flowers with sparingly and longly hairy-pubescent sepals 1.2–1.5 (–2) mm. long and 0.5–0.8 mm. wide; corolla cup-shaped, often incompletely connate, 0.5–1 mm. long, sparingly hairy-pubescent; synandrium 6-locular, 0.5–1 mm. long. Female inflorescences 10–20 mm. long; pedicels 1–1.5 mm. long. Female flowers with sepal 1–1.2 mm. long and 0.5–0.6 mm. wide; petal 0.5–0.7 mm. long, 1–1.2 mm. wide; carpel 0.5–0.7 mm. long, densely pubescent. Drupes 4–5 mm. long, 2.5–3 mm. wide, hairy-pubescent.
