Information
Perennial with prostrate or trailing culms, 30–100 cm. high. Leaf-blades 4–15 cm. long, 5–20 mm. wide. Inflorescence 6–20 cm. long, with somewhat loose racemes, the lowest 2–7 cm. long. Spikelets 6–8 mm. long; upper glume and lower lemma armed with stiff bristles based in yellowish tubercles. Fig. 130.
