Information
Shrub up to 3 m tall; young stems pubescent. Leaves often crowded on short shoots, elliptic to lanceolate or narrowly obovate, 15–85 x 5–25 mm, acute to obtuse at the apex, ± thin and papery, usually pubescent; petioles up to 5 mm long; stipules with 3–5 fimbriae. Flowers in several-flowered inflorescences; peduncles up to 15 mm long; pedicels 1.5–8 mm long. Calyx-limb white, greenish or pinkish, 5–20 x 5–15 mm in flower. Corolla white or pinkish, usually hairy outside; tube 12–35 mm long; lobes 3–6 mm long. Fruit often curved, up to 10 mm long.
