Information
acaulescent, perennial, with a dense tuft of cylindrical root-fibres; leaves 6–9, linear-lorate from a dilated base, thin, fleshy, glaucescent, 6–12 in. long, 1/4– 1/2 in. broad at the middle; peduncle subterete, 1–1 1/2 ft. long; raceme short, dense, 1–1 1/2 in. diam.; pedicels ascending, lower 1/2– 3/4 in. long; bracts lanceolate-deltoid, membranous, whitish, 1/4– 1/3 in. long, much exceeding the buds; perianth bright yellow, 1/3 in. long; segments oblong; capsule not seen. null
