Information
Very similar to M. triangularis, but much stouter; leaves not scabrid, their outer angles more rounded; peduncles shorter and ovary fusiform. Berry ovoid, narrowed at both ends.

Upper Guinea Aboh, Vogel!
Notes
A doubtful plant, of which none of my specimens are very good; the ovary is fusiform, but the fruit globose, as in M. triangularis .
