Information
Leaves usually broadly elliptical and rounded at each end, 2–3 1/2 in. long, 1 1/2–2 in. broad. Flowers axillary, 1/2–1 in. diam., pedunculate, purple.
Range
The only species of the genus, very widely distributed, occurring in N. America, and Australia.
