Information
branches rigid, spine-tipped, the leaf-tubercle sharply spiniferous; leaves setaceo-filiform, mucronulate, subglabrous; flowers solitary or in pairs, shortly pedicellate; calyx pubescent, widely campanulate, with lanceolato-subulate teeth as long as the tube; vexillum villous, carina glabrous, strongly arched and beaked; stigma obliquely decurrent; legumes obliquely lanceolate, villous. Very like A. Willdenowiana, from which it is known by its sharply-aculeate leaf-tubercles and decurrent stigma. Branches reddish yellow, shining; leaves pale, 3/4 inch long.
