Information
Rhizome short and stout with long silky hairs on the sheathing leaf-bases. Leaves with petioles 7–22 cm. long, densely lanate towards the base, pilose or rarely glabrous above; basal leaves biternate to trifoliolate, the segments varying in size and lobing, lobes 2.10 x 0.8–5.5 cm. Flowering stems 30–80 cm. tall, lanate towards the base. Flowers 2–3 cm. in diam. in simple or compound umbels, 2–15, sweet scented. Tepals white, pink or tinged with purple. Carpels glabrous.
