Information
leaves ensiform, recurved, sickle-shaped, glaucous, 1 1/2 ft. long, 2 in. broad low down, narrowed gradually to the point, not prickly on either surface; marginal teeth small, deltoid, with brown horny tip; inflorescence much branched, candelabriform; racemes dense, 6–8 in. long, above 2 in. diam.; pedicels very short; bracts very small; perianth reddish-yellow, slightly recurved, 3/4 in. long; tube scarcely any; segments linear-oblong, with a distinct green keel; stamens nearly twice as long as the perianth. null
Distribution
WESTERN REGION Little Namaqualand, in rocky ground between Port Nolloth and Spektakel, MacOwan, Herb. Austr. Afr., 1556.
