Information
Plants small, stemless, suckering from base and forming small groups. Leaves about 12, triangular, spreading, 4–6 x 2–5 cm, shiny dark green, copiously spotted; margins armed with hard triangular teeth. Inflorescences simple, to 35 cm high; racemes cylindric, fairly lax; bracts 5 x 3 mm; pedicels 6–7 mm long. Flowers rose-pink, pendulous; perianth 20 mm long, 7 mm across the ovary, outer tepals free for c. 7 mm. Anthers exserted 2 mm. Stigma exserted 3 mm. Ovary 5 x 2.5 mm.
