Information
Bulb globose to ovoid-oblong. Leaves linear, to 50 cm long, ciliate. Umbel few- to many-flowered, without or occasionally with a few bulbils; peduncle 10–60 cm long; spathe 1, persistent, to 25 mm long; pedicels 10–40 mm long. Flowers subcampanulate; tepals spreading, 5–8.5 mm long, the outer slightly wider than the inner. Filaments simple. Capsules subglobose, 3–6 mm in diam. Seeds c. 2.5–3.5 mm long.
