Notes
The specimen Milne-Redhead & Taylor 7499, from Masasi District, T8, is deviating by its hermaphrodite flowers and may belong to the related species A. kirkii or may be a hybrid of A. kirkii and A. digitata. The locality of the specimen is in a transitional area between both species and the usually aberrant hermaphrodite flowers prevent a definite determination. More collecting in the area is needed.
