Information
stems herbaceous, procumbent, much branched, villous; leaves alternate obovate-cuneiform, petiolate, pubescent; flowers sessile, subadnate at the origin of the branches; stigmas 5, thick. Stem or primary branches 1/2 foot long. Leaves 1/2–1 inch, spathulate, obtuse, attenuated in a petiole nearly as long or longer than the lamina. Calyx 5-angled, lobes 1 line long or longer. Capsule much depressed.
