Information
Bushy annual up to c. 1 m high, young parts ± densely appressed pubescent. Leaves 1-foliolate; leaflet ovate to subcircular, up to 90 x 75 mm, coarsely dentate. Racemes axillary, dense, up to c. 2 cm long and c. 20-flowered, long-pedunculate. Corolla c. 5 mm long, yellowish or purplish. Pod about as long as the calyx, glabrous.
Range
S2 Djibouti, Socotra, S Arabia and eastwards to China.
Altitude range
up to c. 150 m.

Notes
Geed biyood, hagan, sisimo (Som.). The plant is much used in the traditional medicine.
