Receptacle 1 mm. long, long-hairy; calyx 2–3 mm. long, silky villous. Corolla 3.5–5 cm. long, greenish, tube flushed yellowish to orange, densely silky villous except on lower part of basal swelling; basal swelling 4–5 mm. long; constriction 3–4 mm. long; funnel-shaped upper tube 7–9 mm. long. Berry with calyx 10 mm. long, pinkish red, pilose.

Berry deep pink, subglabrous.
